The guidelines are as follows:

Small - 5' 4" or shorter with a waist size up to 34"

Medium - 5' 4" - 5' 11" with a waist size up to 38-40""

Large - 6' plus with a waist size of 40" and beyond.

With Stressless being an ultra high-end product, we only offer a deluxe white-glove delivery option. All deliveries are performed by pre-set appointment and includes inside set-up, debris removal, and product training if needed. Other options such as drop shipping or any type of service that involves traditional LTL transportation greatly increases the chance for damage and after waiting several weeks for your order, the last thing we want our customers to experience is a damaged item. White-glove delivery takes a little longer, but it is simply the only way to eliminated most of the issues experienced by Wayfair, Amazon, and other companies that use tradition OTR shipping methods.

Rates can vary based upon the amount of the order and the location where the delivery will take place. Some orders will be free and others will have nominal fees. This is one of the reason we process all orders by phone as conditions for deliveries and associated fees can vary from week to week.
