Terms of service
Haynes Brother’s Furniture (Further referred to as “Haynes Comfort” or “HaynesComfort.com”) is a Factory Authorized Retailer of the brands they offer to the public.

Delivery Options
White Glove Delivery Defined - Our white glove delivery is available for all items and is performed by our in-house or contracted delivery agents. This service includes the following: pre-assembling of items prior to delivery when applicable, call-ahead scheduling, the installation of items inside of your home at your direction, and removal of all debris and boxes associated with delivery. Other services can be arranged if agreed to in advance including the moving of existing furniture to other locations within your home, 2nd+ story delivery, and/or haul-away of unwanted furniture. Fees may apply. Store pick-up and threshold delivery are also available.

What should I do to prepare for my delivery?
Please inform us before the delivery date if you think there may be non-traditional issues or challenges. If there are any unusual layouts or obstacles in your home, such as narrow doorways, narrow hallways, elevators or elevator scheduling requirements, security arrangements, pets, or anything else that could make delivery more difficult. Most of these challenges can be eased with preparation.

Delivery ETAs
Outlined are estimated delivery times based on "typical" shipping scenarios for each product. Products shipped from overseas can be held at port for inspection and could delay the shipment. While this is uncommon, it is something we cannot control. The estimated delivery times do not guarantee your items will be delivered in that time frame; however, we will notify you if an unusual delay is expected.

Warranty Information
All of our products are guaranteed. We are an authorized dealer for each of our manufacturers' products and in most cases have had long-term relationships with them. Our suppliers value our business and work with us on your behalf to satisfy any warranty claims should they ever arise. Warranties vary between different brands and their products. Please contact the store directly for warranty specifics of the items you are considering.

Exchange/Cancelation Policy
Our goal is always to create a satisfied customer. However, Haynes Comfort cannot accept the return of any custom-ordered or non-stock product. If your item is delivered damaged or defective, we will work to expedite a replacement.

It is very important to double-check the size and colors needed before ordering. If a specific color is vital to your order, we highly recommend ordering samples prior to placing your order. Because leather, wood, and other materials used in furniture manufacturing are natural products, some variations in grain pattern, texture, color consistency…etc. are expected. This is not considered a defect and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange in-stock items for any in-stock item or have credit applied toward a custom or non-stock item if your return is in “like new” condition. Additional pickup/delivery fees may apply. While not standard policy, we reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee on exchanges. Shipping is non-refundable/creditable.
CANCELLATIONS:
All orders that are canceled before being entered into production or shipping will be refunded less 10% processing fee. The determining factor will ultimately be based on our financial liability with the associated vendor.
CHARGEBACKS - ZERO TOLERANCE
Any attempt to reverse a credit card charge, before or after the delivery of the order will result in the cancelation of the order. The chargeback will be contested, and the person/company on the billing information will be sent to a collection agency. In extreme cases, the person/company on the billing information will be sent to claims court in the locality of that person/company's billing address. "Friendly Fraud" is theft and will be treated as such. After a chargeback, our company will no longer work with you on the existing order or any future orders.

Typographic Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price (or other vital details) due to a typographical error Haynes Comfort shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with the incorrect information. Haynes Comfort shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Haynes Comfort will issue an appropriate credit/refund of funds placed by the customer under these circumstances.

Sales Tax
Haynes Comfort operates in the state of Florida. Our store collects sales tax on purchases made through our store for this state. Haynes Comfort does not collect sales tax on out-of-state orders, nor are we authorized to do so. For orders shipped to states outside of Florida, we refer you to the appropriate state laws regarding such purchases as determined by the delivery address.
